We want you to love your tools, which is why we offer a 60-day trial period to test our products in your own kitchen. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and easy exchanges for all orders within the United States.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your Misen products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
